It looks as though Google has been remarkably thorough in bringing together many different sources – however, they don’t have the inventory from HSPC which is probably the most representative [...]

However, I had mainly been looking at the higher end of the property market, ie, detached homes.
Now that I’ve been looking at the price of flats in Nairn, it is obvious that these are woefully over-priced, with [...]

I just wanted to try and dispel the myth that Nairn is particularly expensive to live.
Comparing Nairn House Prices
I keep a regular eye on the Highland property market – I [...]

Another big villa behind Sandown land is up for sale – it’s another big price as well, going for offers around £895,000:
Alltan Donn House, Altonburn Road, Nairn, Highland, IV12 5NB
Seems a little over-priced, but it’ll be interesting to see whether it has to come down as other properties have done so recently.
While the price of [...]

While it’s listed with a guide price of £650,000, it’ll be interesting to see how long this lasts.
Another big Tradespark property, Edenglass, was originally marketed at offers over £550,000 last year, but has since been reduced to offers over £465,000.
