		<description>Well, I&#039;ve heard back from the HC.

It was mentioned that the health staff at Corsee House on Victoria Street will be moving out around July 2010, with the premises being redeveloped/sold.

Also, there is about 16 months left on the Barron House lease, and that the building is apparently still being used by some HC staff.

Will be interesting to see what happens to both properties, and if this means more office space being freed up for local employment.

In the meantime, still no conclusion as to the fate of the Co-op owned derelict buildings.</description>
