What are the elderly to do when the doctor&#039;s surgery moves to Nairn Hospital? The loss of Harbour Street Post Office caused great hardship to pensioners.

It is disgraceful that Highland Council refuse to help fund this service yet can find £215.000 to add to funds for an unwanted &#039;up&#039; grading of the high Street
