Certainly the biggest i've seen for years too. They dont all land in one field or for that matter adjoining fields. Big flocks like that tend to split up and cover a wide area when feeding. Don't thik there are any plans to build on all the fields between here and Inverness, and where they land certainly doesn't appear to be down for development.
