No public consultation in A96 Corridor Plan?
Received a concerned email from Cathy at the APT tonight – apparently on June 23rd developers are being brought together for a “speakeasy” in Inverness in which they can discuss and mull ideas for development along the A96 corridor.
However, as the APT asks, why isn’t the public being consulted on this according to what we want?
After all, wouldn’t it be great if the people of Nairn could highlight to developers that Nairn’s assets as a seaside resort could be built upon as a focus?
It’s not simply an issue of politics – care and considered planning can help raise the value of Nairn for both developers and residents.
Cathy’s post is quite long, so here’s where you can read it:
Speakeasy means we won’t sleepeasy
