Tesco offers less for Vegetarians?

Noticed something disturbing on my recent visit to Tesco – less choice in vegetarian food options.

Checking the freezer section, normally there were 3 full columns offering frozen vegetarian food options, from Quorn pieces to burgers to ready-made-meals.

But then there was two.

I also noticed in the fridge section where other vegetarian foods are offered, there seemed to be a reduction in choice.

Just a bad stock day, or is Tesco giving up on vegetarian food in Inverness?

Just a sign that vegetarians are dying off and most people are eating real food

Nothing like the site of Martian tripods coming up the Moray Firth to attract one’s interest.
