Another Tradespark property for sale
Another big detached home in the Tradespark area is now up for sale on Rightmove: Willowvale
While it’s listed with a guide price of £650,000, it’ll be interesting to see how long this lasts.
Another big Tradespark property, Edenglass, was originally marketed at offers over £550,000 last year, but has since been reduced to offers over £465,000.
A beautiful property to be sure, and it’s tempting to think that some of the residents in that part of Nairn are worried about the impact the Sandown development may be about to have, both in terms of noise during building work, and eventual impact on prices.
However, as a string of Nairn’s B&B’s and hotels are also up for sale, with even the Golf View selling recently, it’s possibly more likely just an issue of the credit crunch and market changes.
Even still, it can’t be fun living beside an area earmarked for development, whose plans remain uncertain, even contentious.
