Caltongate collapses: Impact for Deveron and Invicta?

At first glance it doesn’t look like a local issue – but there are clear ties between the company behind Carltongate in Edinburgh, and the company trying to push Deveron Home’s development at Sandown.
Mountgrange have gone into administration, according to Mark Cummings, spokesman for the company. Which is interesting because of the apparent close links between Mountgrange and Invicta – not least centred around Mark Cummings.
It’ll be interesting to see if the issues with Mountgrange have a knock-on effect for Invicta and Deveron’s Sandown development, or whether the PR company has independence enough to stand on its own.
