According to the BBC, Lossiemouth will be stationing stealth fighters:

RAF base in line for new fighter

The UK’s next generation of military jet could be based at RAF Lossiemouth, defence sources have told the BBC.

On Wednesday, Defence Secretary John Hutton announced plans to purchase three of the US developed Joint Strike Fighter test aircraft.

He said the deal was a “significant milestone” in the UK’s commitment for developing the aircraft – a project involving input from several countries.

Lossiemouth in Moray is the largest and busiest fast jet base in the RAF.

I was about to say this means that as well as the Tornadoes, Eurofighters, Harriers, Hercules and Airwax, we’ll also get to see the stealth fighters.

However, the new fighters replace the harriers, and I’m not sure we’re supposed to be able to see a stealth fighter in the first place. :)
